Whilst on holiday in Greece July 2019, my daughter asked her mum, ‘when is daddy having his baby?’.  That was the catalyst for me to start my journey.  I joined my local SW in Coppull, Lancashire – and as they say, the rest is history.

I quickly learned what was a ‘speed food’ and how to incorporate it in to my meals, as well as how to produce fantastic meals from famous chefs, but make them uber healthy.  You can see from the before and after pictures that it worked for me.

My slimming journey started July 2019, and today even through the dark times of the pandemic, I have maintained.

I went from a 44+” waist to a 36″, and 4X shirts to large. I still have a cake or biscuit.

Now all that I cook is healthy as a pastime.  I’m the tuck-shop for the local Euxton Orange under 9’s football team which this season become the under 10’s.  They love cakes!
