We are looking at producing our own Olive Oil. This Olive Oil is extra extra virgin Olive oil. The Olive Oil comes from the fertile North West Region of Greece and is prepared in a local plant in a little village called Gavalou. The processing plant has been handed down from father to son and is now in it’s 3rd generation. The extra, extra virgin olive oil is so pure you can even drink it.
The new Olive Oil we are going to call Genius’s (this is the English name). The picture tell the local tradition. Local farmers plant an Olive tree upon the birth of a child. By the time the child attends school (5 years old) the Olive tree is ready to harvest it’s first crop. The picture on the bottle depicts the child sat under his tree doing his homework.
All the Olive tree’s processed by the local plant are from orchards locally and basically it goes from harvest to production within a few days. I would love to know your thoughts
